His english was perfect and he couldnt do enough for myself, my wife and our 2 young kids. They had the correct child seats and they were in great condition. The driver was really friendly even asking us if the air conditioning in the car was the correct temperature for us! On our return journey we were collected on time and it made our travelling very stress free. Would highly recommend“

”What a fabulously efficient service! Booking is simplicity itself. You don't pay for the service until you are collected at the airport and all the drivers we used (and we had a variety of requests and demands as we were arriving and leaving at different times) were friendly and accommodating. The vehicles are brilliantly comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Whether you are travelling as an individual or as a family with lots of different requirements - babychairs, child seats, special facilities etc. I would MOST DEFINITELY use their services again - I cannot fault the service. It made our holiday to be honest not having to worry about how to get to and from the villa at awkward times!! ”This service was excellent, the online booking was so easy and quick to complete, payment was the cheapest we found online and when we were in the resort. They emailed a reminder a few days before we left and again before our return. The car was very comfortable and clean and the driver was there waiting as agreed. He was really friendly and chatty and gave us the option to go the motorway for only a few euro extra. We only payed once we'd arrived at our hotel. ”This year was our 5th Year using Madeira Transfers, in previous years we have always received a 1st class service, we we very disapointed with the service this year, the driver who picked us up at Madeira airport, 1st of all took up to the incorrect collection office to pick up the keys for our villa, we had to provide the correct directions, which had been provided with the booking instructions, we had also requested to call at the supermarket, the Driver stated that he did not have time to do this. On the return journey to Madeira Airport, the driver was 30 minutes late, which created a stressfull journey and check in at the Airport. We do not intend to use Madeira Airport Transfers again Regards Lynn Walker“

”We thoroughly recommend this company! We were met efficiently at the airport, no waiting around. The car was spacious and extremely clean and air conditioned. The driver was friendly and gave us lots of information about the area we were staying in, as this was our first visit. Unfortunately we had made a mistake when booking our return transfer, we had booked the car to pick us up too late for our flight. We realised this at the very last minute and had to take a taxi to the airport, as the transfer company couldn't reschedule at such short notice. We were pleasantly surprised that the very next day they refunded the money we had already payed! This company give wonderful service, thank you!“

”We regularly travel to the Madeira and always transfer to our resort by taxi. We have used several taxi companies over the years but now always use Madeira Airport Transfers as they are very reliable and good value for money. They are usually waiting for us at the arrivals gate - occasionally we have had a short wait for the driver and they have been reliable on the return journey. They now send an email the day before to confirm the journey - you don't have to phone them, like you do with other companies. I like the fact that we are the only passengers in the taxi - some companies without telling us have filled the taxi with other passengers, sometimes from other flights, which we have had to wait around for. I also like the fact that you can pay in advance via PayPal, but my one complaint is that they have now started charging a fee for using PayPal, so we now pay the driver in cash. I would definitely recommend Madeira Airport Transfers.“

All booster seats provided as described on website and proper seat for the baby. We had two very comfortable mini buses provided for our party. We booked a car to collect us from Madeira airport and gave details of our requirements when we booked online (3 young children requiring a booster seat & 2 baby seats) We were greeted on arrival and taken to our mini-van where the driver helped us get bags & kids safely stowed. ”Booked return transfer Madeira-Lagos-Madeira. Taxis were on time, even earlier, and drivers were very profesional and fast. On arrival at Madeira airport been told that it is extra EUR14 (EUR7 each way), if I would like to go through motorway, as it is toll road. Otherwise, by going through the city would be extra 20 min. Road through the cities was absolutely fine, as not much traffic wherever you go.. Also wanted to change the pick-up time from the hotel for 10 min later (an hour prior to the pick-up ). ”The service is seamless. I booked a private transfer for myself, my wife and two children under three. We were meant in the arrivals hall by a friendly driver holder up our name. We were then led to the vehicle that had ample room for the cases and pushchairs and a selection of child seats for the appropriate aged children. We were then driven to our destination and paid the driver. Upon our return journey we were met on time and arrived at the airport in time for our flight. Would highly recommend the service instead of waiting for a transfer on a coach we were enjoying our holiday well before the coach would have even left the airport.“

”Unfortunately I didn't make a note of the names of our drivers, but the overall experience was faultless. As always, there was so much choice when I looked online, and 'Madeira Airport Transfers Madeira' were most competitive on price. It also gave us the option to pay the driver in cash (at no extra charge) on arrival, which made it far easier for us as we were with a group and wanted to split the cost. Immediately upon booking I received a confirmation email which I could print. On arrival there was a representative waiting for us - clearly visible with my name on a sign. There was 4 in our group, and we had a private car (fully air conditioned!) to take us straight to our villa. Would certainly recommend the extra couple of Euros to get a private transfer. The driver was really friendly and gave some great advice en route. When it came to return journey, there is a pre-arranged collection time on your booking email. I had a phone call from the agent to let us know that they were running about 10 minutes late - which I thought was really professional (as opposed to leaving us wondering where they were!). All in all a great experience at a great price. The local taxi drivers couldn't believe how cheap it was when we were explaining it to them during our stay“

”I have used Madeira Transfers twice in the past 18 months and have found them very very good. My only issue on my last visit to Madeira was that in the Arrivals area, i could not find my driver. After a phone call to your offices, it was found that my driver was in arrivals however he was displaying the incorrect family name on his card. It was not a huge issue however a simple mistake on the card can make it hard for us to find the driver and also the driver finding us. It wasnt the drivers fault, more so perhaps an admin issue I am visiting Portugal again this year and will be using Madeira Transfers again. Thank you for your previous service.
